Free Work-related behaviour questionnaire practice
The last part of the online stage is a questionnaire: statements about how you prefer to work, answered on an agreement scale. There is no pass mark and no right answer in the ordinary sense — the output is a fit report worded like “somewhat aligned”. It is not something to game, and trying to produces an inconsistent profile that shows up. What it is worth doing is going in knowing Network Rail’s eight non-technical skills — the framework its assessment centre interview is built on, and the obvious frame for what the questionnaire asks about — so you answer as yourself rather than as whoever you think they want. Network Rail does not publish how the questionnaire is scored, so the practice items here teach the framework and what an extreme answer tends to signal, rather than claiming to know the scoring.
